You may cancel your booking

1.With full refund of the amount paid:

• Within 3 days before the transfer for the class vehicles (Sedan, SUV or Van),
• Within 4 days before the transfer for the class vehicles (Business, Premium, Limousine Dcar 7pax, Bus 13pax, Shuttle) and private tours.
• Within 5 days before the transfer for pick-up from the seaports ( Chan May Port, Tien Sa Port, Cam Ranh Port, Sai Gon Port, Phu My Port

2. With 50% refund of the amount paid:

• Within 2 days before the transfer for the class vehicles (Sedan, SUV or Van).
• Within 3 days before the transfer for the class vehicles (Business, Premium, Limousine Dcar 7pax, Bus13pax, Shuttle)and private tours.
• Within 4 days before the transfer for pick-up from the seaports (Ha Long Port, Chan May Port, Tien Sa Port, Cam Ranh Port, Sai Gon Port, Phu My Port)

  Less than the time above, you will not receive a refund.

You will receive a refund in the same way you paid for your booking within 10 bank days.
