Option 1: Yen Bai City to Tu Le

• QL32 is the real deal when it comes to a mountain road complete with many curves. For those who get carsick, take medicine before hitting the road rather than during those curves.
• Tu Le has no ATM. Be sure to draw money from Yen Bai ahead of your trip since the places to stay and dine out in Tu Le are in cash.
• Best time to visit: late September to mid-October for the golden harvest fields as well as nep tan sticky rice harvest. May-June for full of water planting terraces. Make an early accommodation reservation
