The expressway bridge crosses the Tien River in minutes. That single change made this route significantly more time-reliable.
- There is no direct bus on this route. Public transport requires at minimum two changes — Chau Doc to Can Tho, then Can Tho to Ben Tre — with waiting time at each connection adding 1–3 hours to the journey time. A private car is the only single-vehicle option that gets you from door to door.
