   No later than 21:00 (Vietnam time) the night before your trip, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email including: driver’s full name, phone/ WhatsApp number, vehicle type and license plate.

   On the travel day, the driver arrives punctually at your hotel, homestay, or meeting point in Sapa, assists with luggage, and starts the transfer. If you need to match a flight at Cat Bi Airport or a Cat Ba ferry time, please share your schedule so we can plan a safe buffer.
3. Arrival in Hai Phong - End of service
   Upon arrival, you will be dropped off directly at your requested location:

• Hai Phong hotel / homestay / city center
• Cat Bi Airport (HPH)
• Ferry terminal for Cat Ba (as requested)
• Any requested address in Hai Phong (within planned route)
