1. Driver & vehicle details – sent before departure
   No later than 21:00 / 9:00 PM (Vietnam time) the night before your trip, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email including: driver’s full name, phone/WhatsApp number, vehicle type and license plate. This helps you feel fully prepared and confident before travel.
2. Pick-up & ferry transfer – professional and organised
   The driver arrives on time at your Cat Ba hotel, assists with luggage, and transfers you to the ferry terminal. Support is provided during ferry boarding if needed. After crossing, the mainland driver continues the journey directly to Ha Long Bay.
3. Arrival in Sapa – start of your mountain escape
